Partnership, Inc. (HP) is one of the partner organizations
of Community Partnership
Group. HP is a Community Development
Corporation formed in 1986 to help meet the community’s
need for affordable housing and assist in neighborhood
revitalization efforts. Our dedicated staff of professionals
operates onsite in communities throughout the county and
is headquartered in Riviera Beach. Services include assistance
obtaining and maintaining housing for first time homeowners,
neighborhood planning, community development and community
organization, after-school programs in targeted areas,
supportive housing for the mentally ill and individuals
struggling with addictions; and family strengthening and
empowerment services.
